Caramel Apple Pie – Granny Smith apples baked with cinnamon sugar in a shortbread crust
then crowned with a crumb topping and drizzled caramel.

Layered Carrot Cake – Moist cake loaded with shredded carrot, crushed pineapple and
pecan pieces.  Filled and iced with a creamy cream cheese icing.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie – Peanut butter graham cracker crust filled with layers of
chocolate ganache and peanut butter mousse.

Key Lime Pie – Key lime juice and whipped cream icing create a flavor sensation in this pie.

Grand Chocolate Finale Cake – Four layers of chocolate cake filled and iced with rich
chocolate ganache.  Accented with toasted almond slices.

Chocolate Volcano Cake – Deep chocolate truffle cake filled with a liquid ganache center.  
Served warm.

Lemon Mist Cake – Lemon and whipped cream fill four layers of genoise cake.  Finished
with a lemon French butter cream and hazel nuts.

Apple Awesome – Light flaky crust surrounding sweetened apples with a touch of lemon.  
Topped with a crumb topping and coarse sugar.   Served warm.

Mint Julep Cake – Devil’s food cake soaked with bourbon, then filled with a thick layer of mint
mousse.  Topped with a creamy chocolate ganache.

German Chocolate Cake – Devils food cake layered with a coconut pecan German
chocolate filling.  Finished with a French butter cream icing.

Raspberry Tango Cake – Layers of genoise cake filled with a European raspberry jam and
whipped cream.  Finished with a French butter cream icing.

Lemon Italian Cream Cake – Vanilla cake with a creamy marascapone filling accented with
lemon and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar.

Tiramisu Torte Cake – Vanilla genoise cake soaked in coffee, stacked with a marascapone
filling and finished with a coffee flavored whipped cream icing.

Italian Almond Crème Cake – Rum soaked almond pound cake filled and frosted with an
amaretto marascapone cream.  Garnished with caramelized almonds and powdered sugar.

Pumpkin Cheesecake- Creamy pumpkin cheesecake seasoned with nutmeg and
cinnamon then topped with a vanilla whipped cream.

Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake – New York Style cheesecake swirled with a fresh strawberry

Crème Brulee Cheesecake – Madagascar Vanilla bean cheesecake, topped with a hand-
fired burnt caramel.

Vanilla Bean Cheesecake – Layers of creamy Madagascar vanilla bean cheesecake, vanilla
bean mousse, and whipped cream.

Assorted Ice Creams and Sorbets – served with a homemade cookie.

Bananas Foster – Created in New Orleans this recipe consists of sliced banana flambéed
with a mixture of rum, banana liquor, and brown sugar, that is caramelized, then served over
vanilla bean ice cream.

Burnt Almond Torte – Moist white cake iced with a French butter cream icing then topped
with toasted caramelized almonds and powder sugar.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Sheet Cake – Chocolate cake iced with a peanut butter cream icing.
